5pm – Set up in your team areas as per the layout below.
5:30pm – Team staff to collect team trophies and photos from uniform room.
6pm – Club presentations all together in front of stage.
6:45pm – Team presentations in team areas.
8pm – Fireworks.
Our canteen will be open!
You are welcome to set up marquees, bring food and drinks. NO GLASS PLEASE.
